Mr. Plichta has been in private practice with The Frickey Law Firm since 1989 where his practice has focused primarily in the area of Social Security Disability. He began his career in the private arena with the firm of Hall & Evans, in Denver, Colorado. Previously, he served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Colorado. Mr. Plichta has worked as an attorney for the United States Copyright Office, and served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the United States Department of Energy. He has also served as General Attorney for Rocky Mountain Energy Company and as an Attorney-Advisor for the OCHAMPUS Office of Appeals and Hearings.
