A Colorado Tradition When You Need Legal Help 303-237-7373 or 303-59-LEGAL

If you have been injured in a car accident, truck crash, SUV rollover, or motorcycle accident, please contact an attorney at the Frickey Law Firm for sound legal advice and effective representation.

We will deal with the insurance companies and help you recover financially from an auto mobile wreck, so you can focus on healing physically and emotionally.

Maximizing Your Financial Recovery in Motor Vehicle Accidents

Please do not speak to an insurance adjuster without first consulting one of our experienced personal injury lawyers. The insurance company's goal is to pay you as little as possible for your injuries, medical expenses, and property damages. Our goal is to see that you receive fair compensation for the full extent of your loss.

A car accident can cause serious injuries that need immediate medical attention as well as those that take days or weeks to appear. If you tell an insurance adjuster you feel fine, and accept a quick settlement offer, you will not be able to recover damages for crash-related symptoms that may appear later. This is especially true in cases involving concussions and neck and back injuries.

Our motor vehicle accident attorneys have protected the rights of people injured in car accidents for nearly 50 years. We have won millions of dollars in financial compensation and represented thousands of car wreck victims. We are experienced in going up against the big insurance companies and winning.

Don't trust your car, truck, or SUV accident claim to just any attorney. Call the law firm that is a Colorado tradition when you need legal help. Contact the Frickey Law Firm today. The initial consultation is free of charge and you will pay no attorney fees unless we win money damages for you.

What to Do After a Motor Vehicle Accident

If you are in an accident, even a minor accident, stop and provide the other driver with your name, telephone number, and insurance information. You should call the police, but in the Denver Metro area, the police may not respond unless the vehicles are disabled or someone is injured. If this is the case, you will need to file a counter report at the appropriate police department within 24 hours of the accident.

Immediately contact your insurance company to report the accident. Document damage to your car, and if necessary, see a doctor to document your injuries. If there are witnesses to the accident, be sure to write down names and telephone numbers.

Because of a 2003 change to Colorado law, you will be responsible for paying for your medical treatment and later recovering from the person who caused the accident unless you have purchased medical coverage from your automobile insurance company.

The person who caused the accident will be represented by an insurance company lawyer. Shouldn't you have an experienced attorney, too?
