  • Care to Share: Holiday Treat & Toy Drive

Every year, the Denver Animal Shelter (DAS) is home to more than 8,000 lost and abandoned pets. From food to bedding, treats to vaccinations, the DAS does it all for the animals it takes in. As you can imagine, that becomes expensive.

At the Frickey Law Firm, we have been helping Colorado residents in need for more than 50 years – it’s what we do. And this holiday season, we are working to improve the day-to-day lives for some of our furry friends in need at the Denver Animal Shelter.

That’s why it is our goal is to raise a minimum of $1,000 worth of toys, treats and blankets over the next month, starting November 15th 2014. Every year, the shelter relies on donations from our local community to fulfill its need for these items, and we are determined to do our part.

In addition to donating physical items such as treats, toys, and blankets, the Frickey Law Firm will be making a cash donation – based upon your participation – to help the Denver Animal Shelter purchase pet food.

We can’t do this alone – we need your help. It only takes a couple of clicks to help an animal in need this holiday season. Here are three easy ways for you to get involved and spread some joy this holiday season.

    So far, we have raised:

Here is how you can get involved:

    Follow the Frickey Law Firm

The Denver Animal Shelter needs food to feed its hungry residents. Since each animal has different dietary needs, the Denver Animal Shelter relies heavily upon donations to fulfill its food needs.

For every social follow the Frickey Law Firm receives between 11/15 and 12/15, we will donate $1 to the Denver Animal Shelter.  Help us feed a hungry pet this holiday season.

    Donate Toys, Treats or Blankets

We have three ‘Donation Stations’ set up for you to drop off physical items to. The ‘Donation Stations’ are located at our two offices, and at the Denver Animal Shelter. Please drop off collars, leashes, blankets, towels, cat or dog toys, rawhides, or treats at one of the locations indicated below:

If you can’t donate in person, or would prefer to donate online, you can make a direct monetary contribution to the Denver Animal Shelter at the link below. If you decide to donate directly, please let the Denver Animal Shelter know you were inspired to give because of the Frickey Law Firm’s Care to Share Drive:
